Fit City Registration
Pre-registration is required in order to
receive a t-shirt.

To Register:
- Use the following registration codes:
- 343512-01 Family (up to 5 members)
$20
- 343512-02 Additional family member
$5 each
- 343512-03 Individual $5 each
- When at the check out screen (before
entering payment),
- scroll to the bottom of the page
- select "back"
- then select "add a note or info for
staff." This is where you will type the
additional family member names (up to
four people AND T-SHIRT SIZES).
- From here, proceed to check out and
pay as usual.
